They come from maths, yaar – combining classical mechanics with the first hints of quantum rules. Bohr just forced the electron's angular momentum to be a multiple of h/2π. That fixed the orbit radius, and the energy came from putting that radius into the formula for total energy.
Honestly, in my first-year physics class right now, we just accept these numbers as given. We’re too busy with our own jugaad to derive every constant, trying to pass exams so maybe one day I can clear that medical loan without my father selling his tractor.
