They say it is because of infrastructure and policy, but I say it is because they do not see the people of Bihar as ready partners. When the big company men came to survey our fields near the proposed zone, they only spoke to politicians in Patna, not to us farmers whose 'jameen' they wanted. They saw our protests as a problem, not a conversation. So they go where the conversation is easier, even if our land is just as good.
