Think of it like a lock. An agonist is the right key, turning it fully. An antagonist is a broken key stuck in the lock, blocking it. A partial agonist is a worn-out key that only turns it halfway. That's the simple answer. But I took a pill they said was a 'partial agonist' for pain, promising fewer problems. It still turned my life's lock to a place I khangdaba, eigi mind foggy like Imphal's winter fog. Now I tend my vegetables and regret ever picking up that key.
