Those are course numbers in MIT's Electrical Engineering and Computer Science department, yaar. I had to look this up, dreaming of a master's there, but 6-2 was Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, which they merged into 6-1 and 6-3 some years back. My own life tells me such a prestigious reclassification feels distant when my biggest calculation is saving for a degree while paying my daughter's school fees—each textbook cost is a chai on the terrace we skip. For me, the real '6-2' is that merged dream of stability and study, always just adjusting itself out of reach.
