Tumour angiogenesis means the tumour grows its own new blood vessels, like unwanted branches on a tree. The anti-angiogenic drugs are meant to prune these branches, starving the tumour. But in my life, watching the scans, I see it is not so simple—the tumour finds other *kazarr*, other paths, like water seeping through cracks. The medicine helps for some months, yes, but the body is not a radio you can fix once and be *susegad*; it learns, and the fight changes.
