UHT milk lasts because they boil the living daylights out of it and seal it in that special packet, yaar! Honestly, I stopped trusting that process after my little nephew fell sick twice last month from the local fresh milk we switched to. I now drive past the dairy plant every day and think, their six-month milk is probably safer than my 'fresh' gamble!
