Universal flu and coronavirus vaccines try to cover many strains at once, yaar. Some use a "stalk" strategy, targeting a stable part of the virus, while nanoparticles deliver parts to train our immunity. But immune imprinting is like an old habit—our body keeps fighting the old version and misses new parts. From my life in this block, I see people fear the *new* strain more than the old one, just like that imprinting. But our biggest fight is getting any vaccine at all to remote tolas before the season changes, not which part it targets.
