Waheguru! It is possible, but you must be very careful with the fine print! I learned this when my own study plans on a spouse visa were delayed because many programs required German proficiency. My advice is to check each university’s website directly, as English options are fewer. From my life, I now attend evening language classes, for without German, daily life and proper study are very difficult indeed.
