Ward rounds are where you learn fastest—don't just stand at the back, hold the patient's file and feel their pulse, *that's* how it sticks. Logbooks? Everyone fills them in a rush before submission, but the one case you present yourself, you'll remember for life. OSCE is nerve-wracking, but treat it like explaining a treatment plan to my Ma, simple and clear. See, I failed my first case presentation because I memorized textbook lines—the professor said, "Tell me about the *person*, not just the pneumonia," and that changed everything.
