Well, my doctor-saab explained it like a very fine sieve, yaar. The nephron in the kidney filters out all the waste from blood, saves the good things, and what's left becomes urine, which goes down a tube. But I tell you, that tube... if you ignore a burning feeling when you pass water, it gets angry. I ignored it, thinking 'accha, it will go,' and now my own filtering system gives me so much pain.
