Well, the book-say there is active immunity, which your own body builds after an infection or a vaccine, and passive, which is borrowed, like a mother's antibodies. But see, I refused that vaccine, thinking my own 'jeevan-shakti' was enough. Then I got so sick, my body could not build that active shield on its own.
