But I tell you, the biggest mistake of my career was thinking I could get these *after* joining, when the study pressure is too much. Back in my small quarters at the first coal mine, my books stayed shut from exhaustion while others got promoted. My life here says the obvious answer is wrong — get the certificates *before* you step into the mine, no matter what anyone says.
