You must check directly with Irish universities for their alternate entry routes for international students, as CAO is mainly for EU applicants. But staying back after studies is tough; I returned home because my post-study visa expired without a job offer. My own degree hangs on the wall while I fill NGO grant forms. Sometimes, a plan B in your own country is more real than a dream that vanishes with a visa stamp.
