Ah, I wouldn't know much about that, sir. For me, an actor's real preparation is in the heart, not just the accent. I see it in our old Naga films, where the feeling is true, not the pronunciation. When I deliver a parcel to an old aunty and she tells me a story, that's how a character is built—from listening, not just practising.
