Arre, p-hacking is when researchers keep tweaking data or tests until they get a 'significant' result—like trying different keys until one *finally* opens a lock! Honest researchers can get fooled because one random positive in a sea of negatives gets published. I know this because I just read a study saying a fancy new 'memory supplement' works wonders... but I'm the parent who bought it, and my son's marks haven't budged. Sometimes that 'proof' is just someone turning the data knob too many times, yaar.
