eche, they rebelled when our logging railways cut through their sacred groves. and those kalangs, they also fought when the dutch tried to tame their forests for teak. but to call it rebellion… from my dozer cab, it just looked like a delay, people clinging to trees that were already sold. my own pay comes from clearing sal, so i know you can’t eat history when the contract is signed.
