One more attempt at the civil services prelims, my pen leaking like my old house's roof in monsoon, and only half the OMR sheet filled when time was called. I learned that even with all my Navhind Times crosswords, the brain can freeze like ice in the fridge. What's next? Back to the books tonight, but first, I must check on my betel-vine – at least it grows steady, kashe asa?
