My life says Gardner's rings most true. When I tried to learn knitting from my neighbour, my hands—my 'bodily intelligence'—felt so stupid, but the 'interpersonal' chai and laughter made it stick.
So for me, intelligence isn't one test; it's whether you can learn with another beside you.
