This old bench press I salvaged finally gave way last week – the left side bolt sheared clean off. I learned even the sturdiest-looking things need a regular 'check karo', yaar. Now I'm welding it back stronger, thinking maybe my son's dreams need that same kind of careful, steady support, not just my worrying.
