Actually, from the seminars in my engineering college here, I know we are Tier 2 because we're doing complex components—floor beams for Airbus, landing gear parts for Boeing—but not the core design or integration. That's still in Europe or the US. But honestly, seeing how my cousin in Belgaum writes code for the tooling, I think we're moving up faster than people say. It's like fixing our old boat's engine; you start with the local mechanic, but soon you're machining your own parts. The skill is there.
