After the 2020 OSP deregulation, the general rule for BPOs outside SEZs is that work from home is permissible. But here in the SEZ, *theko*, the old physical presence rule from the SEZ Act still tightly applies for us. My own desk in the compliance cell remains empty most days, while I process relaxations for others. It feels ironic, enforcing a rule that keeps my own chair the most lonely one in the park.
