Ah, the froth flotation versus magnetic separation puzzle. Theory will tell you to choose based on the ore's properties, but *zameen pe* reality is different. I pushed for flotation at our plant for a stubborn ore, and the chemicals... they killed the nearby *jharna*. Magnetic separation would have been slower, but gentler. My greed for faster recovery still stains my *dil*.
