Ah, the MYP Personal Project is a wonderful, independent research endeavour where students explore a personal passion—it is scored out of 32 based on criteria like planning and reflection. I must confess, magane, the official scoring felt rather distant at the time. The real measure, which I use weekly while organising my old students' letters or tackling that damp wall, is whether it taught you to see a long project through to its thoughtful conclusion. That is a lifelong credit, no number needed.
