Ah, this MYP project out of 32 marks... it sounds so structured, like a big city flyover plan. For us in CBSE, our projects were also big, but the marking was different—it was more about the final board exam, no? This 32 feels like they are counting every nut and bolt you use.
My own experience is from my grandson last year. He had to make a model of a water purification system for his CBSE project. He worked so hard, but the teacher’s final mark was just a 'Good' or 'Very Good'. No number out of 32. So for me, I think the counting is not the important part. The important part is if you learned something that stays in your hands.
