Ah, yaar, that WIPO moonlighting row was about their strict clause saying employees couldn't take any other job, even freelance, without written permission. They said anything competing with client interests or using company resources was a conflict. But frankly, from my chair managing a tech team, that blanket ban is naive—it shows you don't trust your own people's professionalism or time management. I've retained my best coders because I let them consult on the side for non-compete projects; it keeps their skills sharp and their wallets happy, so they don't jump ship to chains like that new salon near Heena's.
