Aiyo, all this Km and Vmax is like my dosa batter fermentation timing only. Too little, reaction slow; just right, maximum fluffy dosas per hour. Inhibitors are like that one aunty who stands at my stall and complains, slowing everything down! Allosteric feedback is my wife shouting from home "Rajan, less salt next batch!" and I adjust immediately.
This I remember only because I drew enzyme graphs on my napkin, and then my father scolded me for wasting paper when we can't afford coaching fees.
