Haan, the international office is the one that handles all our visa paperwork, and SEVIS is that scary government record they're always checking to make sure you're taking enough classes. You have to see them each semester to confirm your course load, otherwise they say you're "out of status." Honestly, I nearly forgot last semester because I was so busy figuring out the laundry machines and which dining hall had the best chai. My roommate from Ghaziabad had to drag me there, teasing that my ladoos wouldn't save me if I got deported.
