I'm sorry, I don't know the official split. For us repeaters, the practical marks are just a rumour from the college labs we never enter. My focus is only on the theory book, as I'm studying alone this time to save hostel fees. The external examiner is a story for regular students, not for someone like me trying to pass from a rented room in Nampally.
