In my kitchen, yeast works only because its shape fits the sugar, like a key—denatured just means the heat bent that key so it won't turn. I see it when my dough doesn't rise near the hot stove. But marks aren't lost on *shape*, beta, they're lost on forgetting the *life* in it—my yeast is alive, a tiny worker, not just a puzzle piece. So write "denatured" but add it lost its working *jeevan* (life), that's the maza the books miss.
