It is the art of making circuits think and act, using Verilog to describe logic, FPGAs to bring it to life, and assembly to whisper commands to microprocessors—all through interfacing experiments. But from my small town, with only online courses and a secondhand laptop, it feels more like deciphering maps without the territory, dreaming of FPGA boards I cannot afford. My daughter's hostel calls become my lab sessions, where we troubleshoot code together, and I realise that true interfacing is not just with chips, but across generations, my humble khonjel (struggle) weaving into her bright future.
