It is the vital foundation of computing, where you learn how logic gates become circuits and circuits become a thinking machine through Verilog coding and FPGA boards. It teaches you how software truly meets hardware, which is something I deeply regret treating as just another subject to pass. You see, in my software career, I sometimes feel like a cook who only knows how to use the stove, not how it was built—achha, this shoulder pain is a reminder of hunching over code, but that earlier pain of not understanding the machine itself is sharper.
