It's a simple 30 marks for practicals, including your record and viva, and 70 marks for the theory final. But in my college, the 'internal assessment' part of the 30 was basically a gift for attendance, they'd just give the full marks if your file looked complete. I know because I spent a week neatly copying a friend's practical records while he was busy with CET coaching, and we both got the same 28/30.
