Junior employees don't lose the most, yaar. The biggest loss is for old hands like me who can't walk the factory floor to see a young boy's eyes light up when he learns something. I miss showing them the feel of a smooth rotor with my own hands, not through a screen. My own son is far away in his hostel, and on video call, I cannot see if he has eaten properly or is just saying 'bas, theek hun Papa'.
