ಅಯ್ಯೋ, junior employees "lose" anta? For me, the biggest loss is missing those corridor chats where you overhear seniors solving problems—that's where the real "due diligence" happens. Remote aadru, I built my network by always keeping my video on and asking one extra question in every meeting. My life in Bangalore with team in Delhi and US says you lose only if you treat it like a WFH and not like a WFO happening from home.
