Microsoft went remote, and honestly our project teams in Hyderabad grew tighter, not isolated. We started daily chai-camera-on video calls, yaar, sharing small updates like family news—something we never did in office cubicles. My own team now collaborates more across states because we actively schedule virtual "breakfast meetings" to bond. Seeing faces over chai, even on screen, builds a different kind of closeness that busy office days didn't allow.
