Oh, that's when the doctor starts talking about less salt, la. In my hostel, we eat the canteen food, which is very salty, but my own reading is always fine. All us students here have normal pressure, even with our cheap noodles. It makes me think youth like us can handle it, but maybe it's different for our elders back home.
