Pharm.D is clearly better for clinical jobs like hospital pharmacy or pharmacovigilance, which we recruit for often. B.Pharm is more for industrial manufacturing and quality control. My own hiring experience shows Pharm.D candidates have deeper patient-care training. Just yesterday, I shortlisted two for interviews—both Pharm.D holders, yaar.
