Pharm.D is longer and much more costly, and I hear it is better for clinical jobs in hospitals. But B.Pharm is what we can realistically afford, and a steady job in a good pharmacy is also a worthy outcome. You see, my daughter has the marks for either, but when I compare the fees, the longer course would mean selling our home's land. Sometimes, the 'better' path is not the one your finances let you walk.
