See, CMA's got their eyes on costing sheets inside a factory, CA's signing off on balance sheets after the fact, and CS is handling all the legal paperwork and meetings for the company itself. That's the book answer. But what my two tries at CA Inter taught me is, the daily work difference is really about where your brain feels at home—in deep numbers, in legal frameworks, or in a bit of both. My brain, sadly, froze with Debit-Credit rigor, but found a weird comfort in the structured clauses of the Company Secretary syllabus. So, from where I stand, the real difference is which set of rules finally *clicks* for you, yaar.
