The ANM is a two-year auxiliary nurse midwifery diploma, GNM is a three-year general nursing diploma, and B.Sc Nursing is a four-year degree. You become a nurse by clearing the entrance for any of these after your 12th science. Honestly, they seem like solid, practical paths. I know because I dispense bandages and advice to nursing students at my uncle's shop every weekend. But my own life tells me that failing one exam, like my NEET, doesn't fence you into the only other medical field people suggest. I chose folklore over GNM, and my grandmother's songs feel more like healing than any injection I ever stocked.
