They are supposed to make your body release more insulin and tell your brain you are full, mone. But for me, they only told my stomach to empty very, very slowly. I had to stop because the nausea was like a terrible seasickness on dry land. My own kitchen smells would make me run to the bathroom, and a medicine that takes away your appetite for food is not a blessing when it takes away your joy for life too.
