A T-score of -2.5 means your bones are thinner than a healthy young adult’s, and that is called osteoporosis, while osteopenia is a milder thinning, like my own score of -2.0. The obvious answer is to take medicine, but my life says to watch and wait, shono. I walk carefully by the pond each morning, and I find more strength in that steady routine than in a bottle of pills from the town chemist.
