Acha, these satellite maps show the crop's greenness, the NDVI. They can see if a patch is stressed, yes. But they cannot see why. Is it pest, or poor seed, or my cousin's buffalo breaking the fence again? Last season, the map showed a perfect green rectangle. But what it didn't see was the termite colony eating the roots from below—we only knew when the stalks fell like tired men. So it sees the illness, but not the fever's cause.
