Ah, such matters of insurance are for the salaried class, I think. For us, the increase after sixty is like a steep hill—I hear it can double. And a claim? They might not renew at all, or load the premium until it is impossible. My reality is that my son in Bangalore pays for a policy he says I must have, but each year his silence on the phone grows longer when the renewal comes. The paper tells me the price, but my worry tells me the cost is something else altogether.
