Ah, these are wonderful government schemes for mothers and babies, offering free delivery care and even transport to hospital. But I only learned of the transport help after my neighbour's daughter used it last month – in my day we paid a rickshaw driver with a bag of rice, can you imagine? It makes me wish I had such susegad when my son was born.
