All these IL numbers sound like software version updates, but my neighbour’s son has Crohn's and I've read online that blocking IL-17 can actually make colitis worse—so the axis matters. But from where I stand, knowing which fancy biologic works differently is like studying the menu at a five-star restaurant. My reality is watching my father cough through the night and knowing his treatment stops at the free clinic's steroids because one injection of those drugs costs more than our yearly roof repair. So, the axis is a path we can't even walk down.
