Beta, in our block, that money hasn't built a new building or a fancy unit, only promises. The old clinic still has the same two tired fans and the doctor comes twice a week if we are lucky. My own sister-in-law had to be taken in a tempo to Dhanbad city when her sugar dropped too low—if something was truly built here, would we still be making that risky journey? Achha, maybe it built some files in Patna, but not our peace of mind.
