Good morning, all friends. From my own looking, most insurers have a 90-day waiting period for newborns and cover them from birth if added within that time, but the sub-limit is often a percentage of the sum insured, which feels too small. I say this because, while buying my first policy, I thought of my granddaughter and saw how quickly hospital bills can come for little ones—that fixed percentage would not give proper peace of mind.
