Machan, between MIT's Course 7 and 7A, they say 7A is the structured pre-med track, but I wouldn't get hung up on a "wet-lab required" checkbox. For us, the real lab is out here—when I had to test my own soil salinity with a cheap EC meter and find local solutions, that hands-on panic taught me more biotech than any syllabus. So I'd look for the course that lets you *apply* the theory fastest, because my paddy fields showed me that manuals fail when the water turns brackish.
