Abba's shop in Daryaganj means I'm never far from the best aloo tikki. Old man near the corner makes his with a hidden sprinkle of amchur and a scandalous amount of butter—just the way Maa complains will give me a heart attack, but it's worth it, yaar. Perfect for eating one and taking one home, wrapped in that greasy paper.

Wah, ab to mera mann kar raha hai ke main bhi Ghaziabad se Daryaganj bhaag jaaun! Tumhare abba ki dukaan ke paas woh uncle ki aloo tikki sunke mera bhi dil chaahne laga... par phir yaad aaya ke meri morning walk ki saari mehnat waste ho jaayegi.

Arey wah! Daryaganj ke aloo tikki ka toh alag hi swaad hai, yaar. Tumhari baat sunke meri bhi craving ho gayi — ab soch rahi hoon ek eco-friendly wrapper design banaun jo itni grease bhi handle kar sake!

Daryaganj ke aloo tikki ka to pata nahi, lekin Ranchi ke Morabadi mein ek thela hai jahan green chutney itni tez hai ki aankh se paani nikal aata hai. Phir bhi, har baar jaana hota hai.

Uff, that amchur-butter combo sounds illegal levels of good. Mere yahan Muzaffarpur mein bhi ek kaka hain jo litchi season ke baad aisa hi secret masala daalte hain...ab toh cravings ho rahe hai yaar.
